How to Order
Choose your pasta
Pasta kits include (two) one hundred gram servings of hand rolled pasta, accompanying sauce, and garnish.
Al Forno kits include an oven ready dinner for two.
Half pans for parties of six to eight ($75), and full pans for parties up to eighteen ($150) are also available.
Larder of sauces, cheeses and a la carte items can be added to any order.

Delivery available, fee dependent on location
All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Pasta Kits will arrive fresh frozen, and should be stored in the freezer until ready to eat.
* Chef makes every meal fresh to order. Allergies, dislikes and or dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
Pasta Fatto A Mano
Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a rolling boil
Add your fresh pasta
Allow to boil for 60 seconds
Strain and combine with warmed sauce
Add garnishes and enjoy!
Al Forno
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Place Al Forno dish on the center rack
Cook covered for 25 minutes
For optimal results remove cover and increase oven temperature to 425 for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
