Chef Zack's culinary journey is deeply rooted in the vibrant flavors and traditions of his upbringing in Miami. Raised in a home where family dinners were a cherished ritual, the bustling kitchen became a melting pot of generations coming together to prepare traditional Argentine, Puerto Rican, and Jewish dishes. During a subway ride home from Columbia University, Chef Zack had a revelation - a calling to make people happy through his culinary creations.
“In that moment I knew - making people happy with my food is something I needed to make a career out of.”
Two weeks later, he found himself back home, enrolled in culinary school, and embarked on a career in the food industry.
From an on-campus job to working on a food truck, Chef Zack was quickly immersed in the culinary world. His journey continued with over 10 years of experience in some of Miami's top fine dining and Michelin-awarded restaurants.
Starting at the legendary steakhouse, The Forge Miami Beach, under the mentorship of Chef Dewey Losasso and Chef Christopher Lee, Zack honed his skills in cooking classic American favorites. At Forte De Marmi, he discovered his passion for hand-rolled pasta and elevated Italian cuisine. Collaborating with Top Chef winner Jeremy Ford on the opening of Stubborn Seed provided a platform for experimentation and seasonal recipe development.
Zack's culinary prowess reached new heights when he joined the Robuchon family under Alain Verzeroli at Le Jardinier in the Miami Design District, refining his produce-driven approach. The challenges of 2020 led him to pivot, creating a pickup and delivery hand-rolled pasta business from home. The love for his pasta kits fostered a community, prompting Zack to make the bold decision to leave traditional restaurants behind for good.
Exclusively serving clients in the comfort of their private spaces, Chef Zack continues to expand his culinary skills crafting custom menus, recipes, and experiences tailored to each client's preferences, dislikes, and dietary restrictions for daily enjoyment and special occasions. Chef Zack's culinary artistry thrives as he brings joy and satisfaction directly to his clients' tables, epitomizing a unique and personalized approach to in home dining.
