The Story

Zack is an accomplished, classically trained chef and culinary professional. With over a decade of experience in the industry; managing kitchen staff, menu planning, tracking inventory, controlling costs, leading teams and recipe development. Zack gained his experience working in multiple fine dining and Michelin awarded restaurants throughout Miami. Due to restaurant closures in 2020 Zack pivoted and created a hand rolled pasta business at home, but inevitably found so much more joy becoming a private chef and consultant. Now he brings his expertise directly into your home, events and businesses in both English and Spanish. Chef Zack is well versed in Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo, Keto, as well as Halal/Kosher cooking and meal preparations to satisfy all of your culinary desires.

Working one on one with clients allows Zack to design custom menus and signature experiences, source the freshest ingredients and develop recipes around you; your likes, your dislikes and any dietary restrictions or goals you are trying to meet. Food Network

In 2019 Zack had the opportunity to cook on Guy’s Grocery Games. He narrowly came in second on “The Single-Aisle Showdown” but took home the win on “Ghost of GGG Past”, donating a portion of his winnings to JDRF the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

In 2022 Zack was invited to settle a long-standing grudge with his first chef Robyn Almodovar, in the new show SuperChef Grudge Match, where Zack took home another first-place prize and Chef Robyn’s knife.
